Tony brings a wealth of experience from his tenure in the Prison Service, where he gained first hand insight into the transformative effects of restorative justice for prisoners.
While transitioning to a delivery service, his extensive background, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, positions him as a valuable asset poised to effectively lead the team.
Samantha brings a wealth of experience in social care and therapeutic support for young people to her new role in Restorative Justice.
While she may be new to this specific position, Samantha is no stranger to utilising restorative tools in conflict resolution scenarios while supporting young individuals. Her background equips her with a deep understanding of the dynamics involved in fostering healing and reconciliation, making her a valuable asset to the Restorative Justice team.
With her expertise and commitment to empowering youth, Samantha is poised to make a meaningful impact in her new role.
Norris joined as a lead practitioner for Restorative Solutions in April 24 but brings over 30 years’ experience working within the civil service for probation delivering group work.
Norris also works for a charity called Lucy Faithful on a sessional basis doing online group work, supporting men who are currently under investigation for serious offences, as well as one to one support and educational input to family members and partners who are affected by these incidents.
Vickie is the Service Delivery Assistant who joined the team in April 2024, she has over 30 years business support and administrative experience, working with Merseyside Police and Liverpool Anti-Social Behaviour Unit, as well as some mediation experience working with neighbours in dispute.
Vickie’s role is to provide support to a team of staff and volunteers who deliver a restorative justice service to victims of crime in Merseyside.
